INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to 95% of countries around the world.
TRACKING
When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email and the tracking information can be found in the Order Details in your On kiteboarding online store account. Regularly check parcel tracking to monitor your order's progress.
LARGE ORDERS
Large orders may be split into more than one parcel because of local postal service size restrictions, Each parcel will have its own tracking number. Sometimes parcels in the same order may turn up on different days.
DELIVERY TIMES
USA, Canada
(5-9 working days, expresspost 2 working days.
Please note we have no control over custom inspections and the associated delays.
Rest of the World
Times can vary. Parcels are shipped from our warehouse. Delivery time can vary a lot due to your local postal systems, we have no control over these delays.

If the total value of orders made within any 4 day period exceeds $2000USD you may need to pay taxes and customs fees.
Canada
You may need to pay your local sales taxÂ

Failure to pay taxes
If you do not pay your taxes or import duties and the parcel is returned, On Kiteboarding is not responsible for any extra costs that may occur. You will be charged all shipping, restocking and other costs involved in the item being returned.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
On Kiteboarding will take great care to appropriately pack all orders. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, you must notify the local postal service when receiving the goods. Failure to do so will make it very difficult to lodge an insurance claim. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issue to the best of our abilities. Please contact info@onkiteboarding.com and keep the packaging or damaged goods for the shipping agents to examine.
MISSING PARCEL
In the unlikely event, your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frames, please notify the local postal service and contact us. We will do everything with our power to resolve this issue as fast as possible for you.
FAILED TO TAKE DELIVERY
You are responsible for receiving the parcel at the shipping address you specified. Please contact the local postal service if you have any queries regarding local delivery.
If your shipment is sent back due to a failed delivery, On Kiteboarding is not responsible for any extra costs that may occur. You will be charged all shipping, restocking and other costs involved in the item being returned.
